We know the large majority of Pros come from what we'll call The Streets. This could mean the favelas of Brazil, the ghettos of France, or even just middle class areas in the suburbs where are kids are outside all day playing.

Anyone in the Football World is well aware that the US produces very average players for the amount of elite athletes it produces in other sports. Many say this is only because football isn't popular in the US. I can say from personal experience this is far from the case. There is more than enough interest in a diverse country of more than 300 million to produce higher quality players than what currently is made.

Modern Turf Fields

What's the first difference we can notice? In the US, we have synthetic turf fields instead of natural grass.

Synthetic turf is made from plastic and rubber. It gets up to 30° warmer than the temperature of the above air almost burning the cleats of the players on it.

It is sprayed with chemicals to make it resistant to UV rays of sunlight. For reasons we'll explore later, you'll want to avoid that. Synthetic turf because of it's manufactured nature, has no give and causes much chronic joint pain as well as numerous non-contact ligament tears.

Yes, many other countries in the west have synthetic turf fields that do produce top players, but this is often in the wealthier areas. The best players usually do not come from these areas for reasons that will become clear.

The Streets & Natural Ground

Whether it is the futsal court, cage field, dirt field, or actually on the street, this usually means the players are on natural ground. This is critical for optimal long-term football development.

This might seem like no big deal, but in fact it is very serious.

Your connection to the Earth is vital for optimal health & growth. It is how your body absorbs negative electrons through the Schumann Resonance. This is vital because it involves the magnetism generated by the core of the earth.

When you disrupt this connection to the Earth by synthetic shoes and ground, you are disrupting a vital function of your mitochondria.

Modern humans need electrons more and more every day, because modern life steals them faster than we can replace them.

This includes the field you play on, the carpet in your house, and the floors at school. I know this sounds extreme but just think about even just two hundred years ago.

We were grounded almost all day. We had leather soled shoes, lived in homes made of natural materials, and of course played on grass. This concept of grounding didn't exist because we were already doing it naturally.

Always try to notice the differences in the childhood environment of the Natural to find more clues about their Way.

Learning Points:

• 🦶🏼 Ground yourself! Be barefoot as often as you can on natural ground. This means dirt, grass, mud, sand etc. Concrete is okay. Avoid asphalt. Be careful about doing this near any cell towers or broadcast towers. You don't want to absorb any harmful electromagnetic radiation.

• Every morning is  good time to go for a walk to a piece of Nature and take the shoes off. Get the sunrise in your eyes and optimize your circadian rhythm.
