Why your “recovery day” is garbage

I can't count the amount of times I've seen a post on IG or tiktok about a footballers recovery day…

And all I see is them on a stationary bike inside a gym

Followed by some quite useless stretching or mobility work on a yoga mat (also in the gym)…

Then they're consuming a lot of toxic processed foods (that includes all supplements and vitamins)

To top it all off, they spend most the day inside under artificial light which dehydrates their mitochondrial matrix and lowers their redox (their energy producing potential)

The truth is that there is no such thing as a “recovery day”…

Every single day you are alive, you should be working in an optimal manner to improve the stature of your body's intrinsic functions

That starts with a proper night's sleep in a completely dark room with minimal non-native Electromagnetic Fields (nnEMF)

The only way that can occur is from a previous day of optimal full body sunlight absorption and lots of grounding.

Nutrition is simple. Eat real food. If there is a nutrition label or sticker on your “food” then I wouldn't call it real food.
