Welcome to the 8 Week Flow Module. There are 3 phases of this program that you will see below. go step by step. Be diligent and you will succeed.

Pre-Flow Phase: Week 0-3

This is the first 3 weeks of the 8 week course. First you must comes to grips with the fact that your creativity is limitless... if you decide to tap into it.

In your solo work, go slow and feel the ball.

Just attempt to feel what your body wants to do.

At first, nothing might come to you. But the importance is to keep pushing.

We are attempting to unearth this intrinsic creativity that the very best have access to easily.

The first exercise to help smooth out this process will be: Cross Training

3-4x/week I want you to go play basketball, tennis, ping pong, badminton, skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, etc. Pick any sport you want.

Just for 20-30 minutes at least. You can go longer as your body wants to.
Once it stops being fun then stop. Once you stop enjoying it, stop.

This is your body naturally telling you, no more.

Remember while you are doing this: keep your mouth shut (unless you are smiling and having fun) and breath through your nose. Tongue on the roof of your mouth.

The important part is getting into it. Get competitive. Win!

Enjoy winning. Enjoy the batle. Smile in the face of challenge.

Be in the moment.

Next: Don't be afraid of mistakes

Mistakes are where growth occurs. It is where you step past your supposed boundaries and dare to do more.

In terms of real match play you must consider the responsibilities to your team to keep possession but inside small-sided play, pick-up, and solo work; you must tip toe on the line of mistakes.

That's how you push those limits.

Lesson #1: Pre-Flow | Week 1-3

In-Flow Phase: Week 3-6

It's time to get out of your comfort zone and WALK THE WALK!

Find the most busy. most public area with as many eyes on you as possible and juggle barefoot solo or with a friend for 30 minutes.

You will film a short clip of yourself doing this and upload it to the SMT Telegram Locker Room as your "receipt" so we can track your progress. 3x/week for 3 weeks.

This is to get you used to the social pressure of performing under the attention and potential scrutiny of others.

This is how you build confidence. Reps under pressure. Higher emotional context.

Lesson #2: Flow | Week 3-6

Post Flow Phase: Week 6-8

This is the last two weeks of the 8 week course.

I'd like to see 3 video receipts over the last 2 weeks of the 8 Week Program.

We're now focusing on integrating the last 6 weeks with two somatic exercises building your parasympathetic dominance. Go slow and easy. Feel the movements. Oil the groove. These can be done before and after individual training and team training.
